About
Encryption for people who don't get to lose their client's files.
Modernlisim is a digital growth platform — web development, SEO, marketing and hosting — run on ModSuite, our client-management OS. We built Cloud because of a problem we kept hitting ourselves: the files we hand to clients lived in drives we did not control, next to the keys that unlocked them.
Client deliverables are not our data. They are somebody's brand, somebody's campaign, somebody's unreleased product. The standard advice — “store it in a big provider” — asks you to trust that the provider cannot read it. We decided that should be a property of the software, not a clause in a policy document.
The short version: the file is encrypted in your browser with a key derived from your passkey. We store ciphertext. Without your passkey, we are looking at noise.
What we hold ourselves to
The key belongs to you
We encrypt in the browser and hand you the passkey. A storage provider holding both the file and the key is not encryption — it is a promise. We would rather make the promise structural.
Say what it costs
End-to-end encryption has real trade-offs: no server-side thumbnails, no content indexing, no scanning after upload. Every page here says so. A feature page that hides its limits is a support ticket waiting to happen.
Never delete to enforce a limit
If a plan lapses and you are over the new limit, your files stay. Uploads pause, sharing pauses after a short grace period, and nothing is removed. Storage limits should cost you convenience, not work.
Numbers should match reality
Usage is measured from what is actually on disk. A dashboard that says 0% while showing 11.6 MB is a dashboard nobody trusts.
Your key, your responsibility
We tell people plainly that the passkey cannot be recovered for them, and push them to a password manager before they upload anything they care about.
Who it is for
Agencies, freelancers and studios handing deliverables to clients. Anyone who has ever been asked “who else can see this?” and had to answer with a policy rather than a fact. If a single leaked draft would cost you the account, this is built for you.
