Affiliate Policy

Overview

The Modernlisim Partner Program ("Affiliate Program") allows individuals and businesses to earn commissions by referring new users to Modernlisim. By participating, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

How It Works

• You receive a unique referral link from your dashboard.
• Share your link with founders, businesses, or anyone who needs professional web services.
• When someone signs up using your link and makes a qualifying purchase, you earn a commission.
• Commissions are credited to your wallet balance and can be used toward future purchases.

Commission Structure

Each qualified referral earns you a flat commission per new user. The current commission per referral is displayed in your dashboard. Commissions are calculated based on the referred user's first qualifying purchase. Only the first purchase from a referred user qualifies for a commission — subsequent purchases from the same user do not generate additional payouts.

Commission Cap

Each referral is subject to a maximum commission cap. The current cap amount is displayed in your dashboard. Any commission calculation exceeding this cap will be reduced to the cap amount. This cap ensures sustainable program operations and prevents abuse.

• Uncapped number of total referrals — earn on as many new users as you refer.

How Commissions Are Credited

Commissions are credited to your Modernlisim wallet balance automatically after the referred user's purchase is confirmed and processed. You can view your earnings, referral history, and wallet balance from your dashboard billing section.

• Commissions are added to your wallet as credits.
• Wallet credits can be used to pay for any Modernlisim service at checkout.
• Wallet balance is non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn as cash.

How Earnings Can Be Spent

Your referral earnings are credited to your wallet and can be used to purchase any Modernlisim service, including but not limited to:

• Web Development
• UI/UX Design
• SEO Strategy
• Digital Marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
• Maintenance & Support Plans
• Cloud Hosting
• Domain Registration & Renewal
• One Subscription plans

Qualifying Purchases

A commission is earned when a referred user completes a paid transaction on the Modernlisim platform. The following conditions apply:

• The referred user must sign up using your unique referral link.
• The referred user must complete a purchase of any paid service.
• The purchase must be successfully processed and not refunded.
• Self-referrals (signing up with your own link) are strictly prohibited.

Non-Qualifying Activities

The following activities do not qualify for commissions and may result in removal from the program:

• Referring yourself using your own link.
• Creating fake or duplicate accounts to generate commissions.
• Using misleading advertising or spam to promote your link.
• Misrepresenting Modernlisim services or making false claims.
• Any activity that violates our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

Fraud & Abuse

Modernlisim reserves the right to investigate any suspected fraudulent or abusive activity. If fraud or abuse is detected, we may:

• Void any commissions generated through fraudulent activity.
• Suspend or terminate your affiliate account.
• Deduct fraudulent commissions from your wallet balance.
• Suspend or terminate your Modernlisim account.

Program Modifications

Modernlisim reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program at any time without prior notice. Changes to commission rates, caps, or program terms will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on this page. Your continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

Modernlisim may terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of this policy or our Terms of Service. Upon termination:

• Pending commissions may be forfeited.
• Your referral link will no longer be valid.
• Existing wallet balances remain available for use on services.

Tax Responsibility

You are solely responsible for reporting any commissions earned through the Affiliate Program as income and paying any applicable taxes. Modernlisim does not provide tax advice. Consult a qualified tax professional for guidance.
