Refundable Services

Refunds are available for the following services if requested within 24 hours of purchase:

24-Hour Refund Window

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a refund request within 24 hours of purchasing the service. Requests made after this window will not be honored. Refund requests can be submitted by contacting our support team at support@modernlisim.com.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

• Web Hosting
• Domain Registration & Renewal

Cancellation Policy for Hosting & Domain

While hosting and domain services are non-refundable, you may cancel them at any time. Cancellation will prevent the service from renewing at the end of the current billing period, but will not result in a refund for the remaining time in the current period.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at support@modernlisim.com with your order details, the service you wish to cancel, and the reason for your request. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.
